Dans le cadre des activités de notre club C'Roc Montagne et en partenariat avec le CAF de Saint Laurent du var, j'organisais une journée d'initiation à la cascade de glace. Encore une sortie réalisée dans le cadre de mes activités pour le CAF de Saint Laurent du Var. On a commencé par un bien joli itinéraire bien sauvage dans notre chère vallée de la Roya. La cime de Marta. L'itinéraire remote un joli vallon entrecoupé par un petit ressaut qu'il faudra aussi négocier à la descente.
